Things I Find To Be Incredibly Chic

Ever since we entered 2025, my TikTok has been filled with girls making these fun videos of

what they find to be chic- and I can confidently say I have never loved a trend more. These

videos play as my podcast as I get ready for my 9am class. I could seriously listen to these girls talk for hours. In all honesty, I want to be the most chic girl in the whole world, and it is the aesthetic and lifestyle I strive for every day. Here are a few of the very many things I find

incredibly chic:

1. A Matching PJ Set

I absolutely promise you, your sleep will improve. There is something about a matching pajama set that just does it. I can’t entirely put my finger on it, but it makes you feel so put together. By no means does it have to be expensive- it’s all about making that transition from a big t-shirt and boxer shorts to a soft set.

2. A Small Curated Makeup Collection

I am sure we are all guilty of overconsumption in all aspects of being a girl. Just recently, I

cleared out my makeup bag of any products I do not use on a daily basis- only keeping products I absolutely swear by. I never thought it would make me feel so clean. As I got ready with my lightened load of makeup, I felt better about my routine in general. I had this idea that it was the cool thing to have tons and tons of products lying around, when in reality, you just need your go-to’s.

3. A Purse Filled With Essentials

This just screams girls girl. You’re at the bar and someone is in desperate need of a tampon. Who has it? You do. Because you remembered to stock your purse with everything you could possibly need on a night out. Gum, mini deodorant, blotting sheet, lip gloss, a hair tie, you have it all and are handing out that piece of spearmint gum to the girl in the stall next to you. Little do you know you know you are the most chic woman in that bar. A stocked purse is a must.

4. A Good White Basic Tee

This might sound dumb, but having a go-to basic white t-shirt will serve you so well. It goes with any outfit, and is the most reliable option when you are in a hurry. It’s flattering on everyone and is completely versatile- dress it up or dress it down. Find your staples, and a basic white tee becomes absolutely chic.

5. Not Cussing, Or Very Minimally

This could quite possibly be the most chic thing anyone could do. Not cussing. It’s a very simple thing, yet so difficult because curse words are in our everyday vocabulary. It’s time to break that habit because cussing is out. Vulgar language is the least classy and chic thing that exists. When you have a clear and concise vocabulary, you automatically come across as an intelligent individual. Intelligence is chic. NOT CUSSING is chic. People notice it too.
